Current Work

My main current work is in the areas of student support and retention. I've published two books on these topics 'Supporting Students in Online Open and Distance Learning' (2002) and 'Student Retention in Online Open and Distance Learning' (2003) both with RoutledgeFalmer www.routledgefalmer.com

Within the area of student retention I am especially interested in the economics and psychology of retention.
